Story
Liza Mann.
Some may know her as a full of life mother to two beautiful girls and wife. Many might not know that she was diagnosed with bowel cancer at the age of 36.
We all hear too often of the spiraling trance of appointments after appointments people endure during their cancer treatments. Liza was cancer free for 11 months before the devasting news, 'the cancer is back'. This devastating news was exacerbated by the news that the cancer is now incurable, requiring lifelong chemotherapy and reoccurring radiation.
Family is what keeps Liza fighting. Fighting to spend every day with her family, fighting to watch her daughters grow, and fighting to experience another wedding anniversary.
Please donate as able to improving research, survival rates and patient support. Half proceeds from the Kununurra Black Tie Charity Gala will be placed into this account.
